Nicole currently works for the Centre for Indigenous Psychologies as a Research Officer. She has extensive experience with mixed-methods, qualitative and ethnographic methods of inquiry, investigating a diverse range of topics ranging from recidivism to virtual reality.
Nicole completed her PhD in the area of near-death experiences, and continues to research and publish (often along with Dr Tassell-Matamua) on the topic. She is passionate about anything that infuses life with a sense of meaning and purpose.
Her research interests include indigenous psychology, spirituality, near-death experiences and other non-ordinary subject matter.
